Phone interview followed by multi-hour online coding test followed by a full day interview on-site. Ghosted afterward. I don't mind being rejected, but when that much time has been committed it is poor courtesy to hear nothing back, even after reaching out.

Spoke with recruiter then received very easy Python take home assessment. Was rejected after submitting assessment due to lack of experience in GCP and robotics, which should have been very clear from my resume from the start. They shouldn't have wasted my time on an offline assessment if they knew I didn't have the desired skillset.
