I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Ornge in Mar 2026
Interview
I bailed after the second round because the pay is way to low and the office is 5 days a week. For a director to make $155k in government is basically most union roles 5-8 years of experience,. They are nice but really its not the good of pay and company. No hybrid option and low pay so really you spend more money.
Interview went smoothly and quickly. My background in working with different applications and billing. Team player, understand budgeting, and assisting a team and director. And working in office. Ordering supplies
Pretty simple process, I had a screening call, and then a panel interview. Was told I'd hear back after a week, but didn't hear back about next steps or updates, so I ended up taking another offer. I received some background check requests a couple weeks after my last interview with them with no context, so I was slightly confused, but they reached out and told me they'd like to move forward with me. Great team, they seem well organized and had a great sense of humour, but felt a little lost during the interview process.
