I did a phone interview and then two video interviews. It felt comfortable and casual and I really liked everyone I talked to! They asked me questions that felt more like they were trying to get to know me and have a conversation and less like I was being quizzed.

The interview process is different for each individual role but it's usually an HR screening, an interview with the manager, and then a team interview. It's not too long and they don't keep you waiting either.
