Interview
The interview process is very simple, come prepared and dress professionally. Don’t be afraid to ask questions of your own. Some hospitals and/or units will allow you to take a tour so you can have a look at the place.

Question 1
Tell us about yourself ? What shift position are you looking for? Are you interested in working any other shift? Do you have anything going on outside work that would need accommodations? Do you have any questions for us?
Relatively simple depending on unit in which you have interviewed for, practice sample questions prior to going. Know and understand the limitations of a CNA is important to keep in mind.

Interview process was quick easy and to the point. Panel interview in front of multiple members of management. Received a call from the recruiter after a couple days extending their offer to me.

Interview
Took about 15 minutes and you are interviewed with the floor manager, the educational coordinator, and another hiring personnel. I was called two days later and was offered the job.
