I applied online and a couple of weeks later I got an email asking me to take a couple of tests online (numerical, verbal comprehension, logic, personality). About a week after submitting the results I got a call for an interview. At the beginning it was a kind of group interview, although it was just me and another applicant. They made us work together and after a task we had one-to-one interviews with someone from human resources and someone else from the company. Overall they were friendly but it got kind of uncomfortable because they were clearly looking for a strong orientation in finances and business but they listed the job with a focus on chemical processes...
