Met with Director of Technology for a culture and skills background check. Very authentic and transparent about what they were looking for and what they wanted from a candidate for this position. Next met with a member of their People and Culture team to go over a some culture based interview questions. She was very engaging and happy to discuss any portion of the company to really paint a clear picture of what they valued and how the teams worked together. Finally I had an interview with members of their current design/development team to go over my experience in the industry, how I work, and some front-end based skills assessments. They were happy to discuss their current stack, and when I wasn't 100% on a question they didn't hesitate to go over what they were looking for so that I understood how it was applciable to their business and so I could absorb that information for future growth. All in all a phenomeal interivew process and one I really enjoyed end-to-end.
