Applied for the position and initial contact was with hiring director. Additional set of interviews were set up via WebEx. For the most part, typical interview questions. Did not care for the way the interview with the staff was handled. Staff came in/out of room with computer logged into WebEx. Could not see staff and did not know who was asking the questions. Internal candidates were interviewing as well, so I have no way of knowing if they were in my interview! Staff asked numerous questions about handling assault, violent patients, and administrative discharges. If I would have been offered position, would have clarified why so many questions in this area.
