The office is very sleek and open. We were in a conference room where I shared a bit about myself and talked about the opportunity at hand. I met with 5 people in total. There were 3 different groups of interviewers: Group 1, HR. Group 2, a couple of their design team leads. Group 3, another couple of designers. It was nice to be able to talk to the people you would work with — they are very smart, easy going and reflected much of the company's laid-back culture.
The process was very standard; I presented my portfolio and they asked questions about my work, my processes, etc. It was a good experience, nothing too intimidating about it (no html coding tests, pop quizzes, etc). They said if they were interested, there would be another round of interviews.
Overall, a good interview experience.
