The process was simple and straightforward. Went through about four rounds of interviews ending with the project team. I thought i would have been interviewing with a construction person but ended with a Project manager.

Microsoft Teams meeting with a recruiter, the director of construction, and director of operations. I interviewed well, and they sent me an offer via email shortly. The interview process went very smooth and swift.
