I was told to come in and workout to get a feel of Orange Theory. I did just that. Told I would hear back. Then was told they were fully staffed. Why would you bring me in if you are fully staffed? Anyway, based on the reviews I’ve read here today, looks like Orange Theory did me a favor.

The interview process was professional but informal. I was first contacted via phone for a brief screening. Then I was invited for an in-person interview at the studio. The manager was friendly and asked situational and behavioral questions. They emphasized customer service and reliability. The interview also included a tour of the studio and a discussion about Orangetheory’s brand and culture.
