I applied for the job online and then I received an email requesting a phone screening a few weeks later. There are three rounds to this process. Once the phone screening was complete, HR called me a few days later to let me know that I made it to the second round interview. Heads up, every time there's a schedule change for interviews, and there's many due to a lot of board meetings coming up, they always call you. It's really annoying because you think that it's a decision about how you did on your interview and instead it's just we want to reschedule you from 12pm to 3pm, like that could have been an email. I did the second round interview over Teams. A few days later, I was told I made it to the third and last round. I was told that the third round would be in person and that the interview would be scheduled in about two weeks. I was told that if I passed the third round, they would go into preparing an offer and that there would be training, which at the time sounded exciting because I only had one more round to go. Two weeks go by, I spent lots of time preparing as I have not done in an person interview in a long time. Then, literally two days before my interview, they called me to tell me that they are cancelling all interviews for 'budgetary reasons' and that they would let me know when they would decide to start interviewing again to 'pick up where I left off.' These people totally wasted my time. Beware!
