For an organization that expects a candidate to fly in for a 30 minute meeting with the execs, OCPA did not want to reimburse for the travel, yet insisted on meeting in person. They offered a remote interview, but spun the decision as one made by the candidate due to their lack of availability to travel. Once the interview was done, the HR got in touch to ask for a start date, relocation timelines, and then went SILENT because they QUIT their job. It has been a month since I have been ghosted. This is quite possibly the most unprofessional experience I have faced till date.
