I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Optum (Austell, GA) in Feb 2021
Interview
It is a bit of a long process unfortunately, but definitely worth it. I was referred there by a friend who is an EMT so I first met with the office manager who showed me around the facility and told me about the position. A few weeks later she got the okay to start the hiring process with me. She sent me the link to to the application and the assessment. I did that on a Thursday or Friday I believe and had my phone interview that following Tuesday. A week later I had my in person interview. At this point this was basically my third interview since I had already ready met with the office manager and then had the phone interview. After talking for about 45 minutes I was then offered a full time position!

Name a time you had difficulty picking up on a new skill for work?
I applied online. I interviewed at Optum (Temecula, CA)
Interview
A thirty minute phone interview was conducted. Great for when you're not in town. I heard back pretty quick after applying to schedule the interview using an external site. It was easy to schedule just make sure to confirm you know the email sender.
It was very complicated with multiple interviews which is okay but they took a very long time to respond. At the interview she said everything looked good and she would see me soon but they ended up rejecting me.
