Multiple phone interviews with various people at various levels. Screening for salary and personality with recruiter before meeting team members. Every team member I met with was professional, excited about Optum, and cared for the client.

Asked about my vision for the job and my experience
I went through 6 rounds of video interviews over 3 weeks. The process was fairly streamline, and the conversations went quite well but they ended up offering it to an internal candidate. It felt like they knew this was their plan all along and they were stringing me along to check a box. Not unusual unfortunately, but disappointing nonetheless.

I was asked primarily about contracting and sales experience.
Pretty standard, interview with HR screener then hiring manager and selected team members and stakeholders. Each person took a different approach, some behavioral questions. They also gave a background about their role.
