Highly Unprofessional Recruiting Team I had 4 rounds of Interviews for a period of 2 months including the Director round. Post this they have ghosted me. They haven't given me feedback or replied. A candidate invests time in the interview process and the least a company can do is to give them a proper feedback, if not atleast a closure. If feel that I have wasted my valuable time by making myself available to them for such a long interview process.
