Das Gespräch war mit dem potentiellen Team Head und einer HR-Verantwortlichen. Es wurde gesagt, dass es kein klassisches Vorstellungsgespräch sein sollte, sondern mehr darum ginge, mich kennenzulernen um herauszufinden ob das Unternehmen und ich zusammenpassen. Mich hat es daraufhin etwas irritiert, dass doch viele Wissensfragen zu Transfer-Pricing gestellt wurden und auch “technische” Fragen bzgl. Excel zum Beispiel. Ansonsten fand ich das Gespräch in Ordnung.

Question 1
Welche Dinge/Situationen, die du in anderen Jobs erlebt hast, möchtest du nicht wieder erleben (wenn du bei uns anfangen würdest)?
First screening call to get to know the position and the company while exchanging relevant expertise and knowledge.
Second Interview with two parts, a short Case Study and presentation to a simulated board and then an Excel exercise with follow-up discussion.
Third Interview is a Tool Walkthrough to gain intuition on the system, logic and one's understanding followed by a sort of culture fit.

Interview
Begin with a clear and engaging introduction to the company, outlining its background, business activities, and organizational context. Then, present a detailed case study that explores different transfer pricing structures, which should be thoroughly explained and demonstrated through a more or less structured role-play scenario.
