Originally, it was scheduled for two interviews, but an additional one was added, making it three in total.
The first interview was with the department supervisor, which included a presentation of my past experiences. The supervisor reviewed the slides while asking questions. Another part of the interview involved the supervisor explaining the department's operations and the role's responsibilities.
For the second interview, since the supervisor's direct superior was on a business trip, it was conducted by the SQA manager and the head of the upper-level department. The process was similar to the first interview.
The additional third interview was held with the returning second-level supervisor. This session mainly focused on discussing the salary range, company culture, and providing a consideration period.
