Online assessment. After that, I was invited to an HR screening. Good interviewer. Mainly questions about past experience, team works and projects. It lasted about 30 minutes. Got the rejection after an interview in 3 days.

Question 1
HR screening: previous experience, hypothetical scenarios if I would change something from the past
First there was a long OA of about 3hours. Then, there was a zoom interview on the card betting game with the recruiter. I didn't make it to the next round.
Very smooth, the HR just asked me why Optiver, why quant, what is your strength and weakness, what is the career plan in the next 5 years, but I did not answer very perfect
The first section was the online assessment which wasnt too bad, and the next part was a scheduled face to face behavioural interview. Still waiting to see if i passed that stage of recruitment
