Interview
I only went through the first part of the interview, 8 minutes for 80 questions, I got done at around 45, but very confident for answers. Read quiz description beforehand, don't put down random answers since it takes points off for wrong answers. Going to have the behavioral phone interview tomorrow, hope it will go will. From what I have read and heard, it's a company that really attracts me.

Interview
Walk in and immediately take three tests: one mental math, one sequences, one multi-tasking. After you eat lunch with some traders and they ask you questions in a very conversational manner, checking to make sure your a good fit. Next you shadow a trader while he works. I recommend asking a lot of questions during this stage. Finally, you play a market making game and a betting game.

Interview
There were four stages: the 80 question quiz, the initial phone screen, a more involved quiz over the phone testing ability to think quickly and analytically, and the on-site interview. First phone screen is done by recruiter; the second phone quiz is done by trader. Trader seemed tired and impatient as the call was scheduled at 5pm EST (end of the work/trading day).

Math Test, Behavioral Interview. Now onto the Trader Interview. Per the Behavioral Interview, I reviewed all of the questions on here which I believe helped me to pass on.
