Interview
Begins with an online assessment that takes much longer than the 1 hour 40 minutes it suggests. With a reasonable amount of breaks, it will take 4-5 hours. At the end they will ask a number of personality questions that they claim will have no impact on your hiring decision but the nature of the questions makes me suspicious. The questions themselves are very strange - I think they are primarily geared towards testing for a young brain age.

Question 1
Games that test fast reaction times and fast basic math. Some games test gambling intuition.
First there was a long OA of about 3hours. Then, there was a zoom interview on the card betting game with the recruiter. I didn't make it to the next round.
Very smooth, the HR just asked me why Optiver, why quant, what is your strength and weakness, what is the career plan in the next 5 years, but I did not answer very perfect
The first section was the online assessment which wasnt too bad, and the next part was a scheduled face to face behavioural interview. Still waiting to see if i passed that stage of recruitment
