I applied online. I interviewed at Optiver (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2020
Interview
The interview started with a quantitative assessment. I studied mental math and number patterns for a few days before taking it. I didn't pass. The test was extremely difficult and covered complex gambling questions. The point being is it is possible to study for a test like this but most people need to learn from multiple resources for at least one month to adequately prepare - maybe longer.
