2. HR will arrange Technical round
3. After clearing Tech round will be there HR round and negotiation
4. Offer letter by HR
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Optiva (Noida) in May 2014
Interview
There were 4 technical interview rounds followed by 1 management round and finally 1 HR round to discuss salary and joining.
Technical round was taken by panel of 2-3 interviewers. Each round lasted for around 30-45 minutes.
Management round was to judge team working capabilities and consisted of situation handling questions.

I applied through a referral of a previous employee. There were 5 rounds. 4 of them technical, 1 HR.
All interviews were around 45-60 minutes each. All taken by different senior employees of the existing team. last technical round was taken by hiring technical manager. I come from a telecom background.
