Was given a series of lengthy tests in which I was given very little direction and/or feedback. One was a hypothetical run of what sort of duties I would have if employed by them and one was a written/communication test in a similar vein that I had to do at home. Communication took weeks and the overall interview process took about 2 months. I never got an answer either way.
