Optimy Business Developer interview questions

I got contacted by the CEO on Linkedin - After few emails I got a phone interview with a HR and the Sales manager. Overall I really felt the interview was weird, the Sales manager sounded like he coulnd't lead a proper conversation in english, or was lacking some basic interpersonals skills. Being in sales, the interview turned more into me asking for open questions, and them having a very limited range of questions when I developped my sales background or personality. All in all, they told me they were interested, and were willing to give me an answer Asap. I never got any replied from them, I called them continuously for 5 days without any success.
