Mix of video questions, written questions, and technical questions based on a scenario of working with the Optimove API. Finished off with a reasoning question. 1st round interview with Hiring Manager- competency-based, more focused on cultural fit, application of previous experience. 2nd round presentation and solution demonstration to a panel of four. Additional 'technical fit' interview with a Senior SE to more fully understand technical background and practical applications. Recruitment team stayed in really close contact throughout the whole process- thank you Lucy for assisting me with everything, you were genuinely awesome. Had a very positive experience overall and am very excited to join. Only bit of feedback would be that the final 'technical fit' interview was unexpected, so it could be worth exploring how this could be more firmly understood throughout the prior interview stages so this stage is not necessary in the future. It did not cause me any problems though and I understand why it happened.

HR just ghosted me ! After a quite advanced processed : phone interview with the HR, have to do a home assignement of 1h30, then need to prepare a presentation from a day to the other with 1h technical presentation in front of operational I received... just an automatic email from the HR departement. I tried to contact the HR first to know more about why and how I could improve to get some feedbacks And then it's just not correct to receive an automatic email and being ghosted after the time invest... Really bad experience for me, hopefully I could find something else
