I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Optima Tax Relief (Santa Ana, CA) in Jun 2018
Interview
I met with a total of 4 people. Two were in the room with me and two were on video conference. The interview was informative. There was a lot of information given to me about the position that I was not previously aware of. The questions were fair. They weren't trying to trick me or intimidate me. Almost every question I answered was followed up with a response from the people I interviewed with to explain why they were asking that question.
The recruiter, Christina, was SUPER helpful in preparing me for the interview. She let me know exactly what to expect and how I needed to prepare.
