      Interview

      I participated in a recruitment process at OPS Brasil and, unfortunately, my experience was not positive. The recruiter showed a lack of organization and preparedness from the beginning. After scheduling an interview, she did not attend at the agreed time and later rescheduled in a confusing manner, contacting me simultaneously via LinkedIn, email, and phone — which resulted in an inconvenient and unprofessional approach. Additionally, during our communication, I clearly stated that my English level is B2 and highlighted my ability to communicate effectively with native speakers. Despite this, the interview was canceled with the justification that the client required a C1 level, without any attempt to better understand my practical skills or provide detailed feedback. Overall, I felt that the process was disorganized and lacked attention to the candidate. Compared to recruitment processes conducted directly by international companies, this one was more bureaucratic and unprepared, with little effort to understand the true potential of the professional. I hope the company reconsiders its approach and offers a more structured and respectful experience for future candidates. ---- Participei de um processo seletivo na OPS Brasil e, infelizmente, minha experiência não foi positiva. A recrutadora demonstrou falta de organização e preparo desde o início. Após agendar uma entrevista, ela não compareceu no horário combinado e, posteriormente, reagendou de forma confusa, entrando em contato simultaneamente por LinkedIn, e-mail e telefone, o que gerou uma abordagem inconveniente e pouco profissional. Além disso, durante a comunicação, informei meu nível de inglês (B2) e ressaltei minha facilidade em me comunicar com nativos. Mesmo assim, a entrevista foi desmarcada sob a justificativa de que o cliente exigia nível C1, sem qualquer tentativa de compreender melhor minhas habilidades práticas ou oferecer um retorno mais detalhado. No geral, senti que o processo foi desorganizado e com pouca atenção ao candidato. Comparado a processos seletivos conduzidos diretamente por empresas estrangeiras, este se mostrou mais burocrático e despreparado, sem foco em entender o real potencial do profissional. Espero que a empresa possa rever sua abordagem e oferecer uma experiência mais estruturada e respeitosa aos próximos candidatos.
