Long process and if you are not a millennial, you need not apply. I found the interview to be not professional or organized. Dress code is sloppy so do not wear interview clothes, jeans and t shirts are appropriate. I will not bother with the interview questions, as 3 people ganged up on you and it was overwhelming to say the least. Might be an up and coming company but poor at interviewing and screening.
