Mostly Honest interview with decent questions. They'll tell you you'll be able to do various things within the clinic but this is untrue. You will have to wait for a senior tech to step out of their position and then there will be someone else in line anyway. Nothing to do with competence. Some techs are a joke but get preferential treatment.
