Interview
There was a phone screening followed by a face to face interview.
I thought the face to face interview was best practice for project manager interview . This was one of the few companies I have gone to where I was reviewed primarily by other project managers.

The interview mostly ended up as a discussion around project methodology. Mostly agile.
