The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Opendoor (Phoenix, AZ) in Sept 2019
Interview
Extremely pleasant interview with personable HR staffer. Most of the questions I had prepared were actually covered in her extended introduction. She explained the general requirements of the job, something of the immediate company structure and benefits, also suggested the approx. salary the position would offer.

Question 1
Describe some of the projects on which I am currently working.
The interview process was very long, and seemed like it could have been shorter. It’s also about three different interviews. First interview let’s call it screening, not terrible about 45 min. Then there is a follow up that’s about 3 hours.

Question 1
How do you see yourself fitting in with the company.
Two phone interviews with Completely different outcomes. One of the managers led me to believe I was going to an offer. The other was not receptive at all. It’s all part of the process and I do not hold any grudges against them.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Opendoor (Dallas, TX) in Nov 2022
Interview
Interview 1 with recruiter from opendoor. Then 4 separate 30 min interviews via teams with hiring manager from all regions of the U.S.A. Expect them to show up late and unprepared for you.
