I completed two rounds of interviews that went very well — one with the recruiter and one with the hiring team. I was told there would be three interviews total, but a last-minute fourth panel was added with the Business Operations team.
An hour before that new interview, it was canceled. I was told the role was being restructured into a senior/lead version and an offshore associate position. Not long after, both roles were apparently moved offshore.
Despite being told multiple times I’d hear back about the lead role within two days, I never received any follow-up. After several polite check-ins, I was completely ghosted.
This experience left a poor impression of the company’s professionalism and candidate respect.
