First meeting with HR then hiring manager, then meet the team (role play) then head of department. The interview process was quick, I was informed every step of the way. Every member of the team I met was welcoming, down to earth, professional and positive,

Question 1
"How would your friends describe you?" was a question I thought was brilliant. A part from this usual interview questions for a sales role.

4 stage process. 1st with the TA manager - to determine interest in OpenFin and discuss employment background. 2nd with Sales Manager - to determine understanding of OpenFin and culture fit. 3rd with SDR team members - to determine culture fit. 4th & Final with Country Manager - summary of all the above.

Interview
It was a 3 step process from initial interview to case study and role play and a team meeting. This was not too strenuous and it gives you a good insight of how things are when you are doing the role and the company.
