OpenAI IT Engineer interview questions

Screening with the internal recruiter, a sit-down with the hiring manager, then a convenient remote interview process that involved 4-5 individuals cycling through. Well thought-out, respectful of the candidate's time, interviewers asked well-reasoned questions that included technical skills assessment but mostly *personality* assessment! It was a breath of fresh air to have a company care this much about fit and mission-mindedness.
