Open Window School interview questions

I was invited to an interview on June 4th and asked to share my available times for the upcoming week. I shared my availability, then all of the dates passed with no communication. I sent a follow up email with new availability for the next week and still received no communication until June 23rd when I received an email saying they filled the role and I wasn’t selected. Clearly not an equitable hiring process, as all folks invited to interview do not receive the same process or consideration. Pretty disappointing and not a great look.
