Talked to their guys at my university career fair. They set up a phone interview, phone interview was set up for few days after. Phone interview was okish, interviewer asked few questions but some of them were not exactly about the topics I knew.

Interview
Interview process was long, and the onboarding process was also long. The interview was with couple of managers and leads. I had a written test and the video interview on the same day.
It was multiple step process. There was HR Test, PSE Test, One to one interviews and phone screening. Overall an easy interview process but it took a very long time.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Open Systems International (Tempe, AZ) in Nov 2021
Interview
It was a great experience, the hiring team was so friendly and professional. Both the technical and human resources team were friendly. They made the interviewing experience so much more enjoyable than just being an interview.
