The process was a good one, although lengthy due to the high amount of candidates, so it lasted for almost 3 months. There was a thorough process, starting with a written assignment which was very on point, and then 3 phone/video interviews which has an open, supporting atmosphere, and were based on good insights and behavioral patterns.
