I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Open Sky Education
Interview
This organization seems like they have a great culture in general. My biggest issue was not the interviews themselves but the process overall. I had 1 phone screen and 3 interviews. One of these interviews was a group interview with several staff members. Between each interview or step about a week would pass. I was told there would be 2 more interviews at least. Although the role and organization really interested me, I could not keep holding out for the role as the process was taking well over a month.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Open Sky Education (Saint Louis, MO) in Apr 2016
Interview
Begins with a small tour and introduction of routines to the school. The school serves breakfast for free to the students and you can enjoy rapport-building at this time. You will most likely shortly execute an example lesson to the class, and admins will observe. Afterwards, you will fill out a questionnaire, and then complete a face-to-face interview. A student may or may not be present during this time depending on the position you apply for.
