Interview
After receiving my resume, they sent me a very long questionnaire that was to determine what my true character is, religious views, faith base and temperament are. After they score that, if they like the result, you get the first face to face interview. I met with the Director of Programming a Floor supervisor and they asked a great number of background questions a a few hypotheticals. He went over my resume and Beas looking to see if my skill base matched what he needed.
