Phone call screening with HR followed by two rounds of interview with Hiring Manager (Director level) and representatives from the team and cross-functional manager. The HR interviewers are professional during HR screen. I was asked to do 48hr case and present during the first round 1hr interview with Hiring Manager and Cross-functional Manager from another department. However, I did not like the demeanour of the hiring manager during the Final interview as he was not really interested and listening in to my answers (should have known since the role was solely supporting the hiring manager and that would be just me and him, and I am not the same gender as he) during the final round which they made me come in-person to interview and the vibe I got is that he seemed uninterested in my ability at the role even through my past experience lines up exactly with the role. Like after interview finished like the dude kinda don't even want to have small talk with me if you know what I mean, like almost seemed like the process was an entire waste of time. Had to follow up with HR two times for them to give me a response regarding the job. Mind you this is not even a Manager level yet role and grilling me like I am a manager level person. Overall was not a pleasant process especially telling me to come in person and grilling me a second time and the vibe is just not right, however, may be dependent on the hiring manager and what team you are interviewing for.
