Onondaga County interview questions

Go into a conference room and have approx. 5 people shoot questions at you, It is very stressful as they try to tell you how hard the job is and how you will not see your family much as they are very short staffed.

Relaxed and very informative, the Director was very experienced in his field and very persuasive regarding the betterment of youth lives and enhancing techniques to get youth to display more self restraint and knowledge to overcome issues and emotional triggering destructive reactions. The process of aiding the youth with implementing life skills and allowing adults to assist them in their future goals.
