Got a call from the recruiter, 20 mins of conversation. Not very engaging or interested, but fine. After that I never heard back, basically ghosted. Waste of time and effort. I would not recommend.
Applied through LinkedIn. Recruiter reached out to me, we organized a call. Spoke with them for 20 minutes. We then moved on to a meeting with the CRO and VP of sales. In the meeting with the CRO and VP, thru asked about Mt experience.

Very fair process. Good questions. Normal time for them to get back to me. Kept me in the loop as much they they could. Also, made sure i meet some people from the team and see the office.
