Phone interview, then a Zoom interview second round where they just ask more specifics about you as a person. They’re very low stress, kind of casual conversations. The second round is with the CEO and head of department, but they’re very kind and respectful

It was a 3-round process. The first interview was a screening. The second interview was a paid assignment that I had 4 hours to complete. The last interview was with the founder/CEO and immediate manager. The process was pretty quick but they did take a while to get back to me to let me know I didn't get the job.
