Fairly straight forward and quick process. Worryingly quick. Hire and fire organisation with a high degree of churn, coupled with the ever worsening and accurate glassdoor reviews suggests they just need people through the door.

Question 1
Recruiter, Hiring Manager & Presentation to seniors and peers
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at OneTrust (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2021
Interview
I applied at the Atlanta office and the whole interview process was very smooth. It took about 3 weeks from the phone screen call with the recruiter to the offer and all "in-person" interviews were deferred to video calls. The phone screen was mainly to check fit and was approximately 30 minutes. The next interview was with two managers where one focused more on behavioral & situational experiences and the other on technical and logic based puzzles. There were about 3 questions asked for the puzzles. The key here is to talk out how you are thinking about the problem - don't just fixate on getting the right solution. The final part of the 2nd interview was around conducting a presentation around CCPA regulations and considerations that a business would have to face around those. The final interview was with the department head. It was about 30 minutes and a mix of getting to know you questions as well as experience in how well that translates to the role. What helped me the most was that I took a lot of time to research and really understand what they do how that adds value for businesses of all sizes.
