Quick and easy. I applied and they called me the same day to schedule a phone interview. Later the same week I had a one-on-one interview with 3 different leaders in the organization. I was offered a job right away.

Interview
It was a phone screen and a in-person on site interview with the HR Director. Accepted the offer at first because they based on my experience with sales. Declined after seeing that you have to go to the office 5 days a week.
It was only one round of interviews and I did mine over Zoom. The process itself was fairly quick and just consisted of a couple behavioral questions. They mainly wanted to see if you were a good fit for a sales role.

They will literally hire anyone. As long as you can pass the state health insurance exam you’re in. That should have been the first red flag. They’ll interview you and then show you around the office I don’t think they turn anyone away.
