Interview
A phone interview was scheduled. At the chosen time, I was called by the regional manager for my district and a short phone interview was conducted which included some interview questions as well as me being told more about OneClass and what it has to offer. At the end of the interview, I was invited onto the team and the interviewer collected my email address in order to send me my starting package. The process was efficient and I got the job on the spot, which was great!

What do you already know about OneClass has to offer?
Many people are under the misconception that OneClass promotes plagiarism/is illegal. How would you respond to someone telling you this while you were promoting?
Fairly informal over-the-phone interview, I spoke to the Growth Director. He asked me questions like what would my strategy to attract students be? What my future plans looked like? If I had heard or used the company's website before?

It was over the phone and it was a very casual process. You had to do a trial before getting the job, like getting sign ups for your first class because confirming you got the job.
