Very unprofessional took time in response was hard to keep in touch with never get back to you when left a message to people manager who wouldn’t return calls he was lazy in professional and rude

Poor, no structure, no note taking, just a sit down chat that lasted 20 minutes.
Alarm bells should have rung but didn't as needed a job and found that the interviewer had little to no experience in questioning and probing for the right answers or back ground.
I got the impression that they where desperate for staff and I was called 30 minutes later and offered job.
