Relaxed professional interview--was called for an interview three days after applying, interviewed and offered the position the following week. This is a new office so you will interview with someone from Florida or LA.

Question 1
Basic questions--past experiences, what skills do you have to benefit the company, are you customer service oriented and how well do you handle stress? The interview mostly seemed to be to determine how well you can hold a conversation. Look professional if called in for an interview.

Typical interview process, you get an email first, then organize a phone interview, then they'll call you back with a job offer. It's a bit of a process but not terrible.

Interview
The interview took only about 15 to 20 minutes. The interviewer was very nice and pleasant to talk to. There were not a lot of unnecessary questions asked. I liked that the interviewer explained what the next steps were in the process if selected.

What is a time when you demonstrated excellent customer service?
Easy straight forward interview. The interview is done over the phone and It lasted about 15 minutes. I was asked only 4 technical questions. The rest of the time, they explain the pay and a little bit of what you will do at the job.
