The manager was very lovely when corresponding with me during the recruitment process. Their recruitment process includes coming into the warehouse for at least 2 hours to pick some of their orders as a trial (unpaid) only to be told that you did not get the job.

You basically fill in an application form and come in for a trial without for at least an hour or 2. There was no formal interview.
