Lengthy process with 5 rounds, they will have interviews scheduled for months and at the end say you are not the ideal fit. 3. They are experimenting with candidates as they have no idea about QA. 4. you would have to attend all the rounds, but at the end they will say position is closed or reject you. 5. same repetitive rounds. Spending this time and effort for any other opening would help you achieve your goal.
